If someone tells you that they’re a grown-up, and you ask them how old they are, and they hold up one hand’s worth of fingers and say, “This many.”, they’re probably lying.

Very true. And them all the more adorable. Unless they’re actually an adult. Then it’s just creepy.

Or, they always say they’re 3 when asked (but really are 2), because that’s the magic age in our house when you get to eat gum!
