I am particularly enjoying it as she puts dessert recipes in each book (her main character is the owner of a cookie/coffee shop).

I have always loved Michael crichton, and I really cannot name a book I didn’t like from his writing list. (Please, dismiss all movies you have ever seen that were “based” on his books..nothing like the books!)

I also love Janet Evanovich! Her Stephanie PLum series is absolutely *laugh-out-loud* ! so many times, evern when re-reading the series, I start giggling like crazy while the kids give me the “my mom is soooooo weird” look.

I have at least 50 more authors I could mention, but these are the ones I picked for you. (I think I need to join Reader’s Anonymous… it is a serious addiction. :( )

Gill: Thanks for the suggestions. I’ve read all but a few of Picoult’s novels. Some really intrigued me, others were just meh. There was one that I never could get into. But I’m looking forward to your authors. I just requested the Bee one that you wrote about!

Karly: Dreading? Maybe that’s bad. But it’s honest! I’m thinking this summer was way too short. Haven’t felt that way since I was in school myself! Or at least not until I had to find so many tiny shoes and socks in the winter. :P

Bev: I just picked up my first Patricia Cornwall the other day! I will try the others as well. Always looking for a good thriller. Thanks for the suggestions. Can’t wait to see you again. :D
