Yeah, I make them by hand when I can; learned from my grandma. But I still can’t do decent mashed potatoes, so no worries here. 
Yes, and we know that I am not always the quickest and knew as soon as Rantz guessed that he was right cuz then i remembered you were making them.
I do think that someone did trump my answer by saying that they were homemade, but I won’t force that issue too much.
