Sorry I’ve been a bit MIA. I’m still here. And I haven’t forgotten about the photo contest!!! I’m hoping to get to it really soon, though this is shaping up to be a bit of a busy weekend. I’ll be ice skating for the first time in over a decade, and taking the kids for the very first time! Pray for no broken bones. 
Other than that, I’ve been cooking alot. Yummy stuff like this. Nothing fancy, but fun. And there was that whole holiday week thing.
And then Jake asking, “Mommy, how do you spell ‘crap’?” while sitting on my lap as I watched my beloved Illini lose the Rose Bowl, with a score much worse than they should have lost by! Oops. Ah well.

hahaa “Crap” has popped up more often than I care to think around our house too. We think it’s milder than other curse words and it is, but it doesn’t sound great coming out pre-schoolers’ mouths.
The other day, I caught Stephen typing out “poopy” very carefully as the name of the bunny in the game he was about to play. heheee
