Okay, here’s my Project 365 submission for today. Yes, I know it’s two photos, and not the one photo a day, but I just couldn’t help myself. Be thankful I’m not sharing all 97 that I took today. (Yes, today. Yes, 97.)

We were out a farm today, picking out our pumpkins for the year. Next year I am going to try really hard to grow some successfully (I tried and failed this year), though I think we’ll still end up at the farm for our annual pumpkin photos. Don’t worry, the kid and pumpkin photos will be coming soon. (I know you just can’t wait!)

Have I shared enough farm pictures out here that you can tell we’re from the heartland? We actually do reside in the city, but our city is in the midst of the farms. I even spent a few summers walking beans and detassling corn. I have a respect for our farmers. It seems that scenes like this will be less and less available as the great building spree continues.
This photo was taken through the van window as we were driving home. You can see Bald Man‘s coat reflected in the window if you look closely.
What’s this? A blogger without her own digital camera? Shame on you! LOL!
Great photos. I just started my 365 project yesterday and I’m already behind!
Kailani: Yeah, I’m a snob and was holding out on a digital until the photo quality was really good (which it is now!!!!) Now that I’m used to taking photos with my SLR, I’m trying to hold out for a DSLR. Major bucks, there! But I’m getting way hooked on the convenience of the digital!!!
Can’t wait to check out your photos. I’m sure some of them are going to make me really want to head over for a vacation!
Hawaiian vacation? I’m in!
I remember a pro wrestler girl named Kailani Kai from the 80′s. Of course she hailed from “HONOLULU HAWAAIIII!” Does anybody really care?
Ummm…..maybe just you.
